MIPM GmbH - Shaping the future at the regulars' table

Under the motto ‘If I were the boss...’, the young talents had the opportunity to talk about their visions for the company in a relaxed atmosphere. Apprentices Amelie Geike and Marie Strohmer, both technical product designers, Jennifer Zimmermann, a newly qualified office management assistant, Maximilian Has, an industrial electrician for devices and systems, Simon Kellerer, an office management assistant, Johannes Grandl, an apprentice electronics technician for devices and systems, Stefan Menzinger, an apprentice industrial electrician for devices and systems, and Luca Hanisch, a newly qualified wholesale and foreign trade management assistant, contributed a variety of ideas..

The suggestions ranged from the optimisation of internal processes to new approaches to training. The pleasant working atmosphere and strong team spirit at MIPM were particularly emphasised. The trainees appreciated the opportunity to have a direct influence on the future of the company.

Michael N. Rosenheimer emphasised how important the fresh perspective of the next generation is for the continuous development and long-term success of MIPM. ‘Our trainees are the backbone of our company. Their ideas and commitment are crucial to our innovative strength,’ said Mr Rosenheimer.

The meeting ended with a joint lunch, where discussions continued in a relaxed atmosphere. This initiative underlines MIPM's commitment to promoting open dialogue and actively involving employees in shaping the company.
