Acceleromyography (AMG) and Mechanomyography (MMG) combined in one device.

MIPM does the next step in neuromuscular monitoring. The monitor may be used with a tranducer based on acceleromyography (AMG) or alternatively a Mechanomyography sensor (MMG). Mechanomyography directly pics up the muscle force. A movement of the muscle is not necessary for the measurement. With the TOF^3D MMG sensor you can monitor your patient's neuromuscular blockade even when the patient positioning prevents AMG based measurements.
