What better way to start an apprenticeship than with a lunch with the whole MIPM family followed by welcome gifts for all new trainees? At MIPM, the seven new trainees were given MIPM clothing, playing cards, jelly babies, MIPM bags, MIPM pins, product flyers, environmentally friendly pens and environmentally friendly lunch boxes including cutlery.

The seven trainees started on 1 September: Amelie Geike and Marie Strohmer as technical product designers, Simon Kellerer and Phil Siwy as office management assistants, Timo Rabenbauer as an IT specialist for application development, Alex S. as an IT specialist for system integration and Maximilian Has as an industrial electrician for devices and systems. Dariush Azami also started his career at MIPM as an electronics technician in development. ‘We are proud to be able to train so many new young people and inspire them for a career,’ says Jennifer Rosenheimer, Managing Director, who herself trained as an industrial electronics technician for devices and systems. ‘Nobody can take an apprenticeship away from you and it's a great foundation for your own path in the world of work.’

Right from the start, the numerous newcomers were joined by people with many years of experience, as four anniversaries were also celebrated on 1 September. Alexandra Ernst (Product Manager in Production) and Tobias Willberg (IT Administrator) each celebrated their tenth anniversary with the company. Lukas Bals (Product Development) and Lukas Westermair (Administration), on the other hand, each celebrated five years with the company.
Tobias Willberg (former apprentice and now trainer himself) has two new trainees at his side and can now supervise a total of three trainees.
Lukas Bals and Lukas Westermair also take on the role of training mentors, as each apprentice is assigned a mentor who accompanies them throughout their training.
