MIPM - Successful introduction of worker management and further training

Worker guidance, a modern concept for optimising production processes, was developed and implemented by Raphael Schweitzer and his dedicated team. This initiative aims to standardise work processes and support MIPM employees with clear instructions and continuous training. ‘The introduction of worker guidance is a significant step for MIPM. It enables us to improve production quality and increase employee satisfaction at the same time,’ explains Schweitzer.

In addition to this success, Raphael Schweitzer also recently obtained his training licence. With this qualification, he is now in a position to train and promote young talent at MIPM. ‘Training young specialists is of great importance for the future of our company. With his training licence, Raphael Schweitzer can now actively contribute to developing the next generation of skilled workers at MIPM,’ says HR Manager Patricia Arnold.

Raphael Schweitzer has also successfully completed his further training as a technician. This additional qualification underlines his commitment and expertise, which he contributes to the continuous improvement of production processes at MIPM. ‘With his further training as a technician, Raphael Schweitzer is even better equipped to implement innovative solutions and improvements in our production,’ adds Patricia Arnold.
