MIPM Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH (MIPM) plants 40 trees in Landsberied for 40 years of company history.
40 trees for 40 years of MIPM
‘Who's coming along to plant trees?’ was the question posed by senior partner Michael N. Rosenheimer when it was decided to combine the company anniversary with environmental thinking. The aim was to get the MIPM family involved. A total of 28 volunteers spontaneously volunteered to take part in this campaign to actively take responsibility for the environment.
In cooperation with the Fürstenfeldbruck Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (AELF), 40 trees were planted at the Landsberieder water supply close to the MIPM lift. Sebastian Winter, project manager of the Future Forest initiative ‘Acting today for tomorrow - out of responsibility for future generations’ at the AELF, actively supported the MIPM campaign. He selected suitable trees and professionally supervised the planting. The trees were purchased locally and then planted by the MIPM family in a joint campaign. As is customary with the MIPM family, the management invited everyone to a joint lunch after the physical exertion to recharge their batteries.
Landsberied's mayor Andrea Schweitzer did not miss the opportunity to attend the planting event. She is delighted to have another health offer in her municipality. It is worth taking a walk in the fresh air, not only to do something for your own fitness, but also to enjoy the work of the MIPM family.
